Cement

(1) General cement: cement commonly used in general civil engineering.General cement basically is to point to: GB175, the six kinds of cement that 2007 sets, namely Portland cement, common Portland cement, slag Portland cement, volcanic ash Portland cement, fly ash Portland cement and composite Portland cement.
(2) Special cement: cement with special performance or use, such as G grade oil well cement, fast hardening Portland cement, road Portland cement, aluminate cement, sulphoaluminate cement and so on.
Cement is classified according to the name of its main hydraulic substances: (1) Portland cement, which is commonly known as Portland Cement abroad;
(2) aluminate cement;
(3) sulphoaluminate cement;
(4) ferric aluminate cement;
(5) fluoroaluminate cement;
(6) Phosphate cement;
(7) Cement with volcanic ash or potential hydraulic materials and other active materials as the main component.
Cement according to the main technical characteristics are divided into:
(1) fast hardness (hydraulic) : divided into fast hard and express hard two categories;
(2) Hydration heat: divided into moderate heat and low heat;
(3) sulfate resistance: divided into moderate sulfate corrosion resistance and high sulfate corrosion resistance;
(4) expansibility: expansion and self-stress;
(5) high temperature resistance: the high temperature resistance of aluminate cement is graded by the alumina content of cement.

Performance and use:
These non-toxic and mild products are soluble in water and other solvents. As an important raw material for polycarboxylate superplasticizers, they play a great role in dispersing cement particles. The environmental protection products are used in a small amount, and have good effects on water reduction and strengthening. The final water reducer has very good durability and anti-rust properties. These products are suitable for formulating ready-made concrete with good properties and strength (above C60) on the construction site or after delivery over long distances.
